resident of Morgan County, Indiana; please
phone:

WellSpring primarily serves
families or single parents with children.
However, we can also assist single parents who
are pregnant or seeking custody of their
children. We can also assist single adults
without children through referrals to the
appropriate agency or resource.
If you are facing eviction
or foreclosure:
If assistance is needed to
prevent immediate eviction or foreclosure which
would result in the family becoming homeless,
application should be made with the township
trustee. Contact the Morgan County
Courthouse or the phone number above for the
phone number of the trustee for your township.
After the trustee has made a
decision as to the amount of assistance, if
further assistance is needed, call (765)
352-2567 for additional information. Call
the WellSpring number above if there is no
answer. An application can be obtained at
the C.A.P. office or trustee office.
Papers must be completed in order to be
considered for assistance. Household
income must be sufficient to meet next month's
expenses. (In other words, the household
must be able to show it is likely that the rent
could be paid in future months.) |
